Zade may collect personal and business information that you provide directly, including names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal or service addresses, billing details, ABN/ACN or other eligibility details, portal account details, domain registrant details, support messages, project notes and uploaded files such as logos, documents and images.
We may also collect service-related records such as invoice history, portal activity, domain service details, hosting details, website intake information and communications relating to your project or account.
2. How Zade uses information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, register or manage domains, deliver hosting and website services, build custom business systems, create or manage portal accounts, process payments, provide support and communicate about your services.
It may also be used to verify eligibility for domain registrations, maintain records, improve service delivery, manage security and comply with legal or provider obligations.
3. Who information may be shared with
Where required to deliver services, Zade may share relevant information with trusted providers and platforms, including payment providers such as Stripe, domain and hosting wholesalers or registrars such as Synergy Wholesale, registry operators, cloud or email service providers and technical suppliers involved in the service.
For example, domain registrant and contact details may need to be submitted to registrars, registries or published through standard domain ownership processes where required by policy. Uploaded business information may also be used internally to prepare your website, system or service setup.
4. Storage, security and retention
Zade takes reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Information may be stored in business systems, hosting environments, portals, secure administrative tools and third-party provider platforms used to deliver services.
While reasonable care is taken, no internet-based platform can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained for as long as reasonably required for the purpose it was collected, to manage ongoing services, to maintain business records or to meet legal obligations.
5. Website use, cookies and analytics
The Zade website may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, page requests, session information or other routine web data needed for site functionality, diagnostics and security. Basic cookies or session tools may be used to support account login, portal functionality and the normal operation of the website.
If analytics, tracking or third-party embeds are used, they are intended to improve the website or understand service interest, not to sell personal data.
6. Access, updates and corrections
You can request access to personal information held by Zade, or ask for details to be corrected if they are inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. Keeping domain registrant, contact and billing information current is especially important for active services.
