This website is provided for general business information, service enquiries, account access and ordering of selected Zade services. You agree to use the website lawfully and not interfere with its normal operation, security or availability.
Information on the website is prepared carefully, however content, pricing, service descriptions and availability may change without notice.
Quotes, proposals and project discussions are based on the scope known at the time. If requirements change, additional work, revised timelines or updated pricing may apply.
Zade supplies a mix of packaged services and custom work. Custom systems, websites and integrations may be staged or delivered in milestones. Unless stated otherwise, timelines are estimates only and depend on client responsiveness, available content, approvals and third-party dependencies.
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and related services are subject to the rules of the relevant registry, registrar and wholesale provider. You must provide accurate and complete registrant, contact and eligibility information. For Australian namespaces such as .com.au, .net.au and similar, your eligibility details must be valid and may be checked before the order proceeds.
Domain registration is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and successfully provisioned. If supplied information is incorrect, incomplete or ineligible, registration may fail or be delayed.
Hosting and related web services must be used lawfully and responsibly. Zade may suspend or restrict services where required for security, misuse, non-payment, legal compliance or provider-level action.
The starter package is designed for a simple professional one-page website, business email forwarding setup and related domain/hosting setup. It is intended for straightforward brochure-style online presence, not advanced stores, memberships, booking engines or custom application development unless separately quoted.
The package includes the stated correction rounds only. Further changes, extra pages, major content rewrites, design shifts or additional features may be quoted separately.
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, contact details, service details, ownership rights for supplied logos, photos and documents, and ensuring published claims or material are appropriate for your business.
If you create a portal account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share access in a way that risks the security of your services, personal data or billing information.
The portal may be used to manage services, support requests, invoices, domain details, intake forms and project information. Zade may update portal features, layout or workflows from time to time.
Payments are due in accordance with the invoice, checkout or service terms shown at the time of purchase. Some services renew yearly, including domain registrations and hosting. You are responsible for reviewing renewal notices and keeping billing details current.
Non-payment may result in suspension, expiry, cancellation, late fees or loss of service, including the risk of domain expiry if renewal is not completed in time. Refunds are considered in line with Australian Consumer Law and the type of service supplied. Domain registrations, third-party fees and completed custom work may be non-refundable once actioned.
Unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing Zade materials, code libraries, frameworks, styling systems, templates, process logic and internal tooling remain the property of Zade. On payment of agreed fees, you receive the benefit of the supplied website or service in accordance with the agreed scope.
You confirm that any text, logos, photos, documents and materials you provide can lawfully be used for the service being delivered.
Zade aims to provide practical, reliable service, however websites, hosting, domains, internet-based systems and third-party integrations cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Zade excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss or third-party issues. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Zade may update these terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on this website.
