What is a domain name?
A domain name is your business address on the internet, like yourbusiness.com.au. It is what people type to visit your website and what appears after the @ in your business email address.
What is hosting?
Hosting is where your website files live so the site can load online. For this package, Zade hosts the simple one-page site on managed shared infrastructure, so you do not need to manage cPanel or server settings.
What is email forwarding?
Email forwarding lets you use a professional address like hello@yourbusiness.com.au while still receiving messages in your existing Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or other inbox.
Do I get a new email inbox?
No, not with the starter package. It creates a professional forwarding address. If you need full mailboxes later, Zade can help you upgrade to a proper hosted email setup.
Do I own the domain?
The domain is registered for your business using the details provided during setup. You can manage renewals and support through your Zade portal.
What does the $350 setup include?
It covers the starter website setup, professional email forwarding setup, and the first year of Zade-managed single page hosting. Domain registration is added based on the domain you choose.
What are the ongoing costs?
Each year you will have your domain renewal and the Zade Single Page Hosting renewal. These are shown clearly in the portal so there are no surprises.
What information do I need to provide?
After payment, you receive a link to provide your logo, photos, business details, services, service areas, social links, opening hours and anything else you already have, including flyers or business cards.
How many changes are included?
The package includes 2 rounds of reasonable corrections after the first draft. This helps tidy wording, photos, layout details and contact information while keeping the package affordable.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to larger hosting, add extra pages, build a custom website, or move to one of Zade’s business systems when you are ready.
Can I download my website files?
For Zade-managed one-page hosting, Zade can make a safe export available in your portal if you later move or upgrade hosting.
Is this suitable for online stores or booking systems?
No, the starter package is for a simple professional one-page web presence. Online stores, booking systems, custom dashboards and advanced integrations can be quoted separately.
